DESCRIPTION OF USE
Suitable for revision processing to eliminate weeds both to refine soils, even damp or clayey silts.
TECHNICAL FEATURES
The TILLER CULTIVATOR FLEX is a modular tool built on 2 or 3 rows. In the larger versions over mt. 2,50 on request it is manufactured with hydraulic closing of the sections folds operated directly from the driving seat to reduce the space occupied during transport.
FRAME
Frame in square section of considerable thickness with high resistance to bending and torsion stresses even for difficult terrain; the frame design allows the operator easy access for maintenance. and for moving the working bodies.
SQUARED ELASTIC SPRING
Square 25 mm vibrating springs or 30 mm. in special top quality certified steel subjected to a rigorous heat treatment with a two-hole ploughshare attachment.
HYDRAULIC CONTROL FOR FOLDING
Hydraulic system with control from the driver's seat. The folding of the tool reduces the bulk during transport.
HYDRAULIC JACKS
Hydraulic system with 2 jacks equipped with block valve for a perfect seal;
PLOUGHSHARE
special ploughshare of 220 or 260 with double hole for a better seal on the spring;
ACCESSORIES:
• HYDRAULIC FILLING
• RAKE GRUBBER with elastic teeth with adjustable inclination and with shock absorber on each sectioning. It is built with galvanized wire springs (for perfect refinement of the soil, especially wet);
• 400 STANDARD CAGE ROLLER that also adjusts the working depth (for perfect refinement of the hard and dry soil)
• PAIR OF DEPTH ADJUSTING WHEEL.
