DOUBLE DISC HARROW - SECTIONS "V" (OFFSET) TRAILED AND MOUNTED
DESCRIPTION OF USE
The double disc harrow section - is a very versatile tool suitable for hilly and uneven terrain. It is used above all in revision works for the crushing of the clods and in those for preparing the seed bed, to uproot the weed and to bury the organic substances and crop residues. It is suitable for use in any type of terrain. The particular combination of four factors: the concavity of the disc, the shape and positioning of the scraper and the positioning of the supports and bearings on the outside of the discs allow working even in extreme conditions with moist soil.
TECHNICAL FEATURES
• FRAME: Supporting frame in rectangular tubular steel
• SUPPORTS AND BEARINGS: UCF flange bearings with radial ball bearing protected by a screen and rubber seal;
• DASHBOARD PROTECTION: Additional protection with shaped steel protection plate complete with felt in dust-proof wool;
• DISCS: in boron steel alloy treated HRC 47-51.
• THICKNESS mm. 4.8 / 5 mm diameter 560, or mm. 5100 smooth or notched.
• HUBS AND SPACERS in thick steel;
• RASCHIATERRA: Scraper for steel disc cleaner in adjustable position with two bolts;
• WORKING DEPTH ADJUSTMENT: Variable opening of the disc holder sections with snap lever or on request with hydraulic cylinder;
• ATTACHMENT OF THE ARTICULATED TOW;
• AXLES: 4 drive shafts in square steel discs mm. 45 light FSL series.
ACCESSORIES
• HYDRAULIC SYSTEM: (hydraulic system for adjusting the working depth for variable opening of the disc-holder sections;
• Crank adjustment FEET to adjust the height of the rudder to the tractor attachment of the tractor;
• DOUBLE ATTACHMENT for transformation into port;
• MECHANICAL TROLLEY on two rubber wheels not approved by road;
